As we move further into the semester, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the support you provide at home. Junior high is a time of remarkable growth and discovery for our students, and your involvement and encouragement play a vital role in their success.
With Thanksgiving and the holiday season upon us, we’re focusing this month on fostering a culture of kindness and inclusion on campus. Through daily interactions, classroom discussions, and schoolwide activities, we’re helping students embrace values of respect, empathy, gratitude, and teamwork. These qualities are essential for creating a welcoming environment where every student feels they belong. We encourage you to talk with your child about the ways they’re practicing kindness and teamwork, both at school and at home.
I’m also excited to share that we’ll soon be starting our annual food drive. This is a wonderful opportunity for students and families to give back to our community. If you’d like to participate, either by donating or by encouraging your child to contribute, we’ll be announcing specific donation opportunities in the coming days.
Additionally, I’d like to remind you of a few resources available to our families. Our counseling team is here to support any student who may need assistance with managing stress, organization, or navigating social challenges. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if your child could benefit from these resources—we’re here to help them through the ups and downs of junior high.
Thank you for being such an important part of our school community. Your involvement and dedication make a difference every day. If you have any questions or would like to connect, please feel free to contact me directly—I’m always here to listen and support.
Warmest regards,
