Hello Cadet Families,

This past weekend we completed our yearly food drive. I was so proud watching our teachers, staff and students organize and deliver food boxes for over 100 families here in our area. We estimated that we helped 450 individuals.

We are now in the last week of the semester and we have some important things to wrap up before we head out for the Christmas break. All students are taking a semester exam in each of their classes. In order to give plenty of time for the exams we will be operating with a slightly different bell schedule. It can be found below. Attendance still remains a priority and is calculated in each class period everyday. Friday will be an early release day.

Tuesday 12-17-24

• 2nd, 4th, and 6th period exams

• Upward Bound FAFSA Parent meeting - 4:30pm-7pm in the library

• Girls Basketball at Madisonville 5:00pm

• Boys and Girls Soccer at Jarrell Scrimmage - Girls 5pm & Boys 7pm

• CISD Christmas Band Concert - 7pm

Wednesday 12-18-24

• 1st, 3rd, and 5th, period exams

• 11:30 Herff Jones Graduation Items and Class Rings on campus during both lunches

Thursday 12-19-24

• 7th and 8th period exams

Friday 12-20-24 - Early Release

• Girls Basketball vs. Copperas Cove - JV White 1pm (admin), JVBlue 1pm (main) & Varsity 2:15pm (main)

• Boys Basketball vs. Palestine - JVWhite 4pm (admin), JVBlue 4pm (main) & Varsity 5:30pm (main)

• Boys and Girls Soccer at Academy Scrimmage 5:00(Rescheduled from Thursday) - Girls 5pm & Boys 7pm

Saturday 12-21-24

• 9th Grade Band Competition

• Boys Basketball vs. Southwest Christian School - JVWhite 11am, JVBlue 12:15pm & Varsity 1:30pm - all in main gym
