Hello Cadet Families,
We are days away from the Thanksgiving break but there are lots of great things going on at CHS. Please check out the "this week's events" section and also be on the lookout for our social media and the district website for all of our activities.
Part of the culture at CHS is to give back. I am very proud of the work our students do every year at the annual food drive. This large effort is led by the National Honor Society and our AFJROTC. Students can earn their way to sweats and athletic gear if they donate designated items.
donate 100 points or $5 each week OR
donate 300 points of food items or $15 for the entire food drive
Students will receive a sticker for their student ID to indicate that they can wear sweats and athletic gear. Shorts must be appropriate length. No leggings, tights, pajama pants or biker shorts will be allowed.
The food drive runs from November 18th through December 20th. All the proceeds will go to families here in our school district. If you have questions about the food drive please reach out to Coach Baucom - lbaucom@connally.org
