Dear Parents/Guardians,
This week begins our Food Drive for Connally ISD! We are encouraging students to bring in canned food items to donate for their classroom. There will be a class competition for the most items donated. The classes with the most items in the 4th and 5th grade classes will receive a prize! All food/money donated goes to families in our community. Please consider donating to this worthy cause!
Our 4th grade students will have their Christmas concert on December 16th at the CHS Auditorium starting at 6:30 pm. We hope to see you all there- our students always do a great job.
Below, you will find Eureka Math Family Tip sheets that will go along with what your child is currently learning in their Math class. 4th grade will take a Mid Module Assessment at the beginning of the week, so please encourage your child to take their time and show all of their work. These students will start Module 4 on Wednesday, which is Geometry. Our 5th grade students are continuing to learn about adding and subtracting fractions and finding the least common denominator.
As we are about to celebrate Thanksgiving, I want to extend my appreciation of our CES school family, to include our students, teachers, staff, parents, and community members. We love our students and we thank you for your support in your child's learning. Parents are an important part of our school community, and your dedication makes a difference.
